“Calendar 2000 is a millennial project that includes the work of 184 artists. Each artist has designed a calendar page for one month in the year 2000. The works are brought together to assemble 15 sets of calendars. The individual works are in a variety of media, although all are on paper. Some artists have illustrated specific months, and others have taken less literal approaches. The original works were exhibited at the Center for Curatorial Studies (CCS) Museum at Bard College from September 26 through December 17. 1999.”
